Refund & Exchange Policy

At AMIOM True Nature, we take pride in our handcrafted textiles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, in original packaging, with all tags intact. Refunds or exchanges are confirmed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us  within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without prior approval — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

 

Once the returned item is received and verified to be in its original, unused condition, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your item for a product of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent

Damaged or Used Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a returned item shows signs of use, wear, washing, or damage not caused by us, we reserve the right to apply a restocking/condition deduction of up to 75% of the item's value. In such cases, only the remaining amount (up to 25% of the purchase price) will be refunded.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sale or at a discounted price (unless defective)
  • Items returned without prior communication or beyond the return window
  • Items bought by Gift Card

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. 

The Nature of Handmade

All AMIOM True Nature products are handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. As with all handmade textiles, each piece is unique and may carry natural characteristics that are inherent to the craft — these are not defects, but marks of authenticity. These may include:

  • Slight variations in weave, thread work, or texture
  • Minor irregularities in block print, hand-painting, or kalamkari motifs
  • Fabric tags, knots, or loose threads from the weaving or finishing process
  • Subtle differences in colour tone or pattern placement between pieces
  • Artisan or loom identification marks, series numbers, or batch notations on the fabric

These natural variations are a testament to the handmade nature of our products and are not grounds for return or exchange. We encourage you to embrace these details as part of the story and soul of each piece.

International shipping

No Exchange or refund possible. Make sure that we communicate by whatt's app or email before your order for best vue on all details.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
